Prep with oil
Start with clean skin and apply a generous layer of facial oil or serum. The cups need slip to glide, never use them on dry skin.
Step 2 of 4
Create the suction
Gently squeeze the cup, place it flat on the skin, then release to create a light, comfortable suction.
Step 3 of 4
Glide upward & outward
Move slowly in upward, outward strokes across the cheeks, jawline and neck, following the directions shown below.
Step 4 of 4
Release & repeat
Use for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. To release, press the skin beside the cup, don't pull it off.
